WHY IS THERE NO “PICK UP” OPTION ONLINE?

Our website doesn’t currently offer the ability to select local pick up. If you do want to pick up your goods from our stores, please visit our amazon or ebay store.

 

 

CAN A CUSTOMER CREATE THEIR OWN “BUNDLE DEAL” ONLINE?

CAN I ORGANISE MY OWN COURIER TO PICK UP GOODS FROM THE STORE?

Unfortunately, this isn’t an option we offer. The easiest ways to get your goods from Fieryred is to visit our amazon or ebay.

 

WILL THE STORE CALL ME ONCE MY GOODS HAVE ARRIVED TO PICK UP?

No, the customer will not receive a call or email from the store where they purchased the item from/where it is being picked up from.

 

IF A PRODUCT IS “IN STOCK NOW” WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

If a product is “in stock now”, it will usually be dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours of payment being made (Please allow longer if ordering around weekends and public holidays).
